The bed did not burn, but a smoldering roof fell in on it, the bed was soaked in water, sat in eight inches or so of weight insulation, and stayed in that mess for about six weeks. I dug my way to it, took it apart (losing a few hardware pieces in the mess), and with a little cleaning it looks like new! Great product!"
